Beef Bourguignon

Istruzioni
For "Beef Bourguignon," cut the carrots, onion, braising beef, and bacon into portion-sized pieces.
Fry the braising beef and bacon until lightly browned.
Add the carrots and onion and cook for 3–5 minutes.
Pour in the red wine and broth and add the mushrooms.
Braise over low heat until tender and the sauce has thickened.
Adjust salt and pepper, serve hot.
