
Beef with Broccoli

Istruzioni
Slice the beef thinly against the grain.
Marinate the meat with soy sauce, starch, and a little oil for 15 minutes.
Break the broccoli into florets and blanch for 1–2 minutes.
Quickly stir-fry the beef in a very hot pan, then set aside.
Fry the garlic, add the broccoli, return the beef, and pour in the sauce made from soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Stir until the sauce thickens and serve with rice.
