Indian Fish Curry
A popular home-cooked dish of Indian cuisine made with white fish fillet, coconut milk, tomatoes — a great choice for a family menu.

Istruzioni
For the "Indian Fish Curry", chop the tomatoes, onion and turmeric into portions.
Fry the turmeric until lightly golden.
Add the onion and cook for 3–5 minutes.
Pour in the coconut milk and add the white fish fillet and tamarind or lemon.
Simmer over low heat until tender and the sauce is thick.
Adjust salt and pepper, serve hot.
