Turkey Chili
A lighter homemade chili with turkey, beans, tomatoes, and spices.

- peperone1 pz
- peperoncino in polvere2 cucchiaino
- cumino macinato1 cucchiaino
- brodo250 ml

Istruzioni
Dice the onion and pepper, mince the garlic.
In a pot, brown the ground turkey until the color changes.
Add the onion, pepper, and garlic, cook for 5 minutes.
Add the chili, cumin, salt, and pepper, stir to combine.
Add the tomatoes, beans, and broth, bring to a boil.
Simmer for 25–30 minutes until thick, serve with yogurt, cheese, or fresh herbs.
