Hearty lentils with chorizo, vegetables and paprika
Ingredienti

- chorizo180 g

- carota1 pz

Istruzioni
Rinse the tomato paste, green lentils, onion and carrot; soak the dried legumes and boil until tender.
Chop the onion and carrot and fry until soft.
Add the green lentils, onion, carrot and tomato paste and pour in the water.
Braise or simmer over low heat until thick in consistency.
At the end, stir in the chorizo and smoked paprika, season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot.
