Ingredients

  • Wheat flour250 g
  • Dry yeast7 g
  • Canned tomatoes400 g
  • Ham180 g
  • Mozzarella250 g
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Dried oregano1 tsp

Instructions

Divide the yeast dough into portions and roll each into a circle.

Spread tomato sauce on one half, leaving the edge clear.

Add ham, mozzarella, and a little oregano.

Fold the dough over and seal the edge tightly.

Brush the top with olive oil and make a small steam hole.

Bake at 220°C for 12-18 minutes until golden.
