Cut the potatoes into sticks, mix with oil, salt, and paprika, and bake at 220 °C until golden, or deep-fry.

Cut the chicken into thin strips, season with döner spices, garlic, salt, and pepper, and fry until cooked through.

Prepare a garlic sauce from yogurt or mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and salt.

Place the potatoes in an oven-safe dish, then top with the hot chicken and grated cheese.

Bake for 5–7 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Add salad, tomato, cucumber, sauce, and hot sauce; serve immediately.
