Cut the pork into thin slices and pound well.

Place kajmak or cream cheese along the edge of each slice.

Roll the meat into a roulade, folding the edges inward.

Coat the roll in flour if available, then in beaten egg and breadcrumbs.

Fry in oil over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning, until golden and the meat is cooked through.
