Istruzioni
Cut the beef into cubes, season with salt, and brown in a pot.
Add onion, garlic, carrot, and pepper, and cook until soft.
Add potatoes, pumpkin, corn, and tomatoes.
Pour in the broth and season with paprika, cumin, and bay leaf.
Simmer until the meat and vegetables are tender, then add peaches or dried apricots at the end.
Serve the thick stew hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
