
Potato Gamja-jorim
A popular homestyle Korean dish made with small potatoes, soy sauce, honey or sugar — perfect for a family menu.

- miele o zucchero2 cucchiaio
- aglio3 spicchi
- olio di sesamo1 cucchiaio
- sesamo1 cucchiaio
- acqua500 ml
Istruzioni
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large, evenly sized cubes.
Briefly fry the potatoes in oil in a pan until the edges are set.
Mix together soy sauce, water, sugar or honey, garlic, and a little sesame oil.
Pour the sauce over the potatoes, cover, and braise for 12–15 minutes.
Remove the lid and cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the potatoes with a glaze.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion.
