Potato Tortilla with Zucchini
A homemade version of the Spanish tortilla with potato, egg, and zucchini
Ingredienti
- patata600 g
- zucchina1 pz
- uovo2 pz
- cipolla1 pz
- olio d'oliva2 cucchiaio
- sale1 a piacere
Istruzioni
Cut the potato, zucchini, and onion into thin slices.
In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil and slowly fry the potato with the onion for 10–12 minutes until soft.
Add the zucchini and cook for another 4–5 minutes, then drain off the excess oil.
Beat the eggs with salt, mix with the warm vegetables, and leave for 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture into the pan and cook over low heat for 5–7 minutes.
Flip the tortilla using a plate and cook for another 3–4 minutes until done.
