Mashed Potatoes with Chicken Cutlet

A lighter version of homemade mashed potatoes with a juicy chicken cutlet

  • patata900 g
  • pollo macinato500 g
  • uovo1 pz
  • cipolla1 pz
  • semolino2 cucchiaio
  • latte150 ml
  • burro40 g
  • olio2 cucchiaio
  • sale1 a piacere
  • pepe nero1 a piacere

Istruzioni

Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft.

Mix the ground chicken with egg, onion, semolina, salt and pepper.

Leave the mixture for 10 minutes to let the semolina swell.

Shape the cutlets and fry over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side.

Mash the potatoes with milk and butter.

Serve the mashed potatoes with the chicken cutlet and a green salad.
