Mashed Potatoes with Liver Gravy
A budget-friendly homemade meal of mashed potatoes with tender liver gravy

- carota1 pz
- panna acida120 g
- farina1 cucchiaio
- latte150 ml
- burro40 g
- sale1 a piacere
- pepe nero1 a piacere
Istruzioni
Peel the potatoes, boil them, and mash with milk and butter.
Rinse the liver, pat it dry, and cut into pieces.
Slice the onion into half-rings and grate the carrot.
Sauté the vegetables, add the liver, and cook for 5 minutes.
Add flour, sour cream, water, salt, and pepper; simmer for 7–8 minutes.
Serve the liver gravy on top of the mashed potatoes.
