For "Pork Kavarma", cut the onion, bell pepper, canned tomatoes, parsley and pork into portion-sized pieces.

Fry the pork until lightly golden.

Add the onion and cook for 3–5 minutes.

Pour in the dry white wine and add the paprika.

Braise over low heat until tender and the sauce has thickened.
