
Cheese and Chicken Quesadillas
Quick Mexican tortillas with chicken, cheese, and vegetables, fried until crispy.
Ingredienti

- formaggio grattugiato200 g
- peperone1 pz
- cipolla0.5 pz
- mais100 g
- panna acida100 g
- salsa100 g
Istruzioni
Slice the chicken or shred it into strips.
Thinly slice the pepper and onion and quickly fry for 3–4 minutes.
On one half of the tortilla, layer cheese, chicken, vegetables, and corn.
Cover with the other half and press down.
Cook in a dry pan for 2–3 minutes on each side, until the cheese melts and the tortilla becomes crispy.
Cut into triangles and serve with sour cream and salsa.
