Istruzioni
Prepare the components for the hallacas: Corn masa or harina, Beef, Pork, Chicken fillet; separately prepare the sauce or dough, if any.
Fry or boil the ingredients that require pre-cooking.
Assemble the dish in layers or tightly place the filling into the dough.
Add sauce, cheese, eggs, or another binding element from the recipe.
Bake in a preheated oven until the surface is golden and the center is cooked through.
Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before slicing or serving.
