Kimchi Jjigae
A Korean spicy stew made with kimchi, pork, tofu, and a rich broth.

- maiale250 g
- tofu250 g
- cipolla1 pz
- aglio2 spicchi
- gochujang1 cucchiaio
- salsa di soia1 cucchiaio
- brodo o acqua700 ml
- cipollotto20 g
Istruzioni
Cut the pork into thin pieces and the kimchi into bite-sized chunks.
In a pot, fry the pork for 3–4 minutes, add the kimchi and cook for another 3 minutes.
Add the garlic, gochujang, and soy sauce, and stir to combine.
Pour in the broth or water and bring to a boil.
Add the onion and simmer for 15–20 minutes until the flavour becomes rich and deep.
Add the tofu, heat through for 3 minutes, sprinkle with green onion, and serve with rice.
