Ingredients
- Kimchi350 g
- Pork250 g
- Tofu250 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Garlic cloves2 cloves
- Gochujang1 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Broth or water700 ml
- Spring onion20 g
Instructions

Slice the pork thinly and cut the kimchi into bite-size pieces.

Brown the pork in a pot for 3–4 minutes, add kimchi, and cook for another 3 minutes.

Add garlic, gochujang, soy sauce, and stir.

Pour in broth or water and bring to a boil.

Add onion and simmer for 15–20 minutes so the flavor deepens.

Add tofu, warm for 3 minutes, sprinkle with spring onion, and serve with rice.
