Kimchi Fried Rice
A popular homemade Korean dish made with cooked rice, kimchi, bacon or tofu, perfect for a family menu.
Ingredienti
- riso cotto500 g
- kimchi250 g
- pancetta affumicata o tofu200 g
- uovo4 pz
- gochujang1 cucchiaio
- olio di sesamo1 cucchiaio
- salsa di soia1 cucchiaio
Istruzioni
Use cold cooked rice so it doesn't stick together in the pan.
Chop the kimchi into smaller pieces, reserving some of the juice for flavor.
In a pan, fry the onion or green onion, add the kimchi and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Add the rice, soy sauce and a little kimchi juice, fry over high heat.
At the end, add sesame oil and stir to combine.
Serve with an egg on top, sesame seeds and green onion.
