Classic Burger
A homemade juicy burger with a beef patty and all the toppings
Ingredienti
- carne macinata di manzo500 g
- panino per hamburger3 pz
- formaggio (cheddar o gouda)3 fette
- pomodoro1 pz
- lattuga iceberg60 g
- cipolla0.5 pz
- maionese30 g
- ketchup30 g
- sale1 a piacere
- pepe nero1 a piacere
- burro30 g
- salsa worcestershire1 cucchiaino
- senape1 cucchiaino
- cetrioli in salamoia40 g
Istruzioni
Mince: beef + salt + pepper + a little Worcestershire sauce; shape into 2 cm patties — do not overwork.
Fry over high heat for 3–4 min on each side; add cheese on the second side.
Toast the buns cut-side down in butter.
Sauce: mayonnaise + ketchup + mustard + chopped pickled cucumber.
Assemble: bottom bun → sauce → lettuce → tomato → onion → patty with cheese → top bun.
Serve with French fries.
