Ingredienti
- patata lessa700 g
- farina di frumento180 g
- uovo1 pz
- sale1 cucchiaino
- burro40 g
Istruzioni
Cool the boiled potatoes and mash them until smooth, without lumps.
Add the egg, salt, and flour, and knead a soft dough without overworking it.
Divide the dough into portions and roll into logs about 2 cm thick.
Cut on the diagonal into small diamond shapes.
Cook in salted boiling water for 2 minutes after they float to the surface.
Serve with butter, mushroom sauce, or pan-fry them the next day in a skillet.
