Schnabel Cutlet
A popular homemade dish of Polish cuisine made with pork loin, egg, and flour, well suited for a family menu.
Ingredienti
- lombata di maiale600 g
- uovo2 pz
- farina80 g
- pangrattato150 g
- olio150 ml
- limone1 pz
- sale1 a piacere
- pepe nero1 a piacere
Istruzioni
Chop the ingredients and prepare the pork loin and egg.
Mix with flour, breadcrumbs and lemon, salt and pepper.
Knead the mixture and leave for 10–15 minutes.
Shape into cutlets, balls or sausages of equal size.
Fry in a pan or on a grill until golden brown and fully cooked.
Serve hot with a side dish or sauce.
