Istruzioni
Prepare wheat flour, egg, milk, butter and orange for the Crêpes Suzette.
Mix the liquid and dry components separately, then combine into a smooth batter.
For creamy desserts, heat the mixture gently; for batter — cook until baked through or golden brown.
Add the orange, sugar, milk and butter at the right moment: into the batter, the filling, or for serving.
Allow the dessert to cool, set, or rest briefly.
Serve in portions.
