Croquettes with Cabbage and Mushrooms
Pancake rolls with a cabbage and mushroom filling, fried in breadcrumbs
Ingredienti

Istruzioni
Bake thin unsweetened pancakes and let them cool.
Rinse the sauerkraut if needed, then braise until soft.
Fry the mushrooms with onion, mix with the cabbage, season with salt and pepper.
Place the filling on each pancake and roll up tightly.
Dip in beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs.
Fry in a pan until golden on all sides.
