Istruzioni
Preheat the oven to 200 °C and grease the baking pan with butter.
Mix together the cornmeal, wheat flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the milk or kefir and melted butter.
Combine the dry and wet ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until the top is golden and a skewer comes out clean.
