For Kulajda, cut the mushrooms, dill, egg, and potatoes into convenient pieces.

In a pot, heat the fat or a small amount of liquid and sauté the mushrooms and dill for 3–5 minutes.

Add the egg, potatoes, mushrooms, and dill, then pour in the vinegar and broth.

Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and cook until the densest ingredients are tender.

At the end, stir in the sour cream, vinegar, and broth, then season with salt and pepper.
