
Chicken Congee Porridge
A tender rice porridge made with broth, chicken, ginger, and green onions.

- riso180 g
- brodo di pollo o acqua1600 ml
- filetto di pollo250 g
- zenzero15 g
- cipollotto25 g
- salsa di soia2 cucchiaio
- olio di sesamo1 cucchiaino
- uovo1 pz
- zenzero fresco1 cucchiaino
Istruzioni
Rinse the rice until the water runs almost clear.
In a pot, combine the rice, broth or water, and slices of ginger.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and cook for 50–60 minutes, stirring frequently.
Cook the chicken in the porridge or separately, then shred it into pieces.
Once the porridge becomes creamy, add the chicken, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Serve with green onions, extra ginger, or an egg.
