Chicken Biryani
Fragrant rice baked with saffron, chicken, and spices

- biryani masala2 cucchiaio

Istruzioni
Marinade: yogurt + biryani masala + lemon + salt + garlic + ginger. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour.
Rinse the rice; cook until half-done (70%); drain.
Fry the onion until golden caramel in colour; set aside.
In the same fat, fry the marinated chicken for 8–10 minutes.
Layer as follows: chicken → rice → fried onion → saffron infusion → coriander.
Bake covered with a lid/foil at 150°C for 30 minutes. Serve with raita and lime.
