Chicken Pot Pie

- burro50 g
- farina40 g
- brodo di pollo400 ml
- panna100 ml

Istruzioni
Boil or fry the chicken until cooked through, then cut into cubes.
In a deep skillet, melt the butter, add the onion, carrot, and celery, and cook for 6–8 minutes.
Stir in the flour and mix for 1 minute, then gradually pour in the broth and cream.
Add the chicken and peas, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the filling thickens.
Transfer the filling to a baking dish, cover with puff pastry, and make a few slits to allow steam to escape.
Bake at 200 °C for 25–30 minutes, until the pastry turns golden and crispy.
