Boil the peanut butter in salted water until done, reserve a little of the cooking water.

Prepare the sauce: chop the aromatic ingredients and heat them in a pan.

Add the chicken fillet and cook until the desired tenderness.

Stir in the coconut milk, soy sauce, curry powder and lime and heat until a smooth sauce forms.

Combine the pasta or noodles with the sauce, adding a little of the cooking water for a creamy texture.
