From flour, water, and salt, knead a smooth unleavened dough and leave it to rest for 20 minutes.

Finely chop the herbs, lightly salt them, and mix well.

Divide the dough into balls and roll them out into thin circles.

Place the herbs on one half of each circle, fold the other half over, and pinch the edges to seal.

Cook the qutabs in a dry pan for 2 minutes on each side.

Brush the hot qutabs with butter and serve with yogurt.
