Fermented Milk Rice
A family rice dish with distinctive spices, protein or vegetables.

Istruzioni
Rinse the rice; prepare the meat, vegetables or spices from the recipe separately.
In a cauldron or wide pot, fry the aromatic base and the main protein or vegetables.
Add the rice and spices, stir or layer according to the nature of the dish.
Pour in hot water, broth or coconut milk so that the rice can steam evenly.
Cook covered until the rice is tender and all the liquid is fully absorbed.
Let the dish rest for 10 minutes, fluff the rice and serve hot.
