Chinese Jiaozi

Istruzioni
Knead the dough or prepare the wrappers if specified in the recipe.
Mix the filling with Wheat flour, Ground beef, Cabbage, Soy sauce, spices and aromatic ingredients.
Fill each wrapper with a moderate amount of filling and pinch the edges firmly shut.
Cook the parcels by steaming, boiling or pan-frying according to the tradition of the dish.
Check that the filling is fully cooked and the dough has become soft or springy.
Serve hot with the sauce, broth or herbs from the recipe.
