
Chicken Laksa
A spicy Malaysian soup with coconut milk, noodles, chicken, and fresh herbs.

Istruzioni
Prepare the noodles according to the instructions and divide among bowls.
Boil or cook the chicken in broth, then slice or shred it.
In a pot, fry the laksa paste for 1–2 min until fragrant.
Pour in the broth and coconut milk, bring to a gentle simmer.
Add the chicken and fried tofu, heat through for 5 min.
Ladle the broth over the noodles, add bean sprouts, coriander, and lime.
