Cut the lamb into pieces and quickly fry.

Place the onion and carrots in a dish together with the meat.

Add the stock, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

Cut the potatoes into thin rounds and layer them on top.

Bake at 170 °C for 1.5 hours, then uncover and brown for 20 minutes.
