Istruzioni
Fry or simmer the ground chicken in a small amount of water until fully cooked.
Toast the rice in a dry pan until golden and grind into a coarse powder.
Mix the warm ground chicken with fish sauce, lime juice, chili, and the toasted rice powder.
Add thinly sliced shallots, mint, cilantro, and green onion.
Taste and balance the saltiness, acidity, and spiciness.
Serve with lettuce leaves, cucumber, and sticky rice.
