Lasagna
A layered casserole with meat ragù and Béchamel sauce
Ingredienti
- sfoglie di lasagna250 g
- carne macinata di manzo500 g
- pomodori (lattina)400 g
- cipolla1 pz
- latte500 ml
- parmigiano100 g
- burro50 g
- farina50 g
- aglio2 spicchi
- sale1 a piacere
- noce moscata0.25 cucchiaino
- vino secco150 ml
Istruzioni
Meat ragù: sauté minced meat with onion and garlic; add tomatoes and wine; simmer for 30 min.
Béchamel: butter → flour → milk, stirring until smooth; nutmeg, salt.
Layer as follows: ragù → lasagna sheets → Béchamel → Parmesan → repeat.
Top layer — Béchamel and generous Parmesan.
Cover with foil; bake for 35 min at 180 °C.
Remove foil, bake for 10 min. Rest for 10 min.
