Lazanki with Cabbage
Polish homemade pasta with cabbage, mushrooms and onion
Ingredienti
- lazanki o pasta corta300 g
- cavolo cappuccio bianco500 g
- funghi250 g
- cipolla1 pz
- olio2 cucchiaio
- maggiorana1 cucchiaino
- sale1 a piacere
- pepe nero1 a piacere
Istruzioni
Cook the lazanki or short pasta until al dente.
Shred the cabbage and braise with a small amount of water until tender.
Slice the mushrooms and fry with the onion until golden.
Add the cabbage to the mushrooms, season with salt, pepper and marjoram.
Mix with the pasta and heat together for 3–4 min.
Serve as a standalone dish or as a side to meat.
