Boil the potatoes, mash them into a purée and let cool slightly.

Add the egg, flour, and salt, and knead into a soft potato dough.

Sauté the cabbage or mushrooms with onion until cooked through.

Spread the potato dough in a layer on parchment paper and place the filling on top.

Roll it up, then brush with sour cream or oil.

Bake at 190 °C for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
