Istruzioni

Boil the potatoes until tender, drain the water, and mash into a purée.

Add sautéed onion, salt, pepper, and a little butter.

Shape the purée into patties, place cheese inside, and pinch them shut.

Refrigerate the patties for 15–20 minutes so they hold their shape better.

Fry in a pan until golden on both sides.
