Polish-Style Leczo
A vegetable stew with peppers, sausage, zucchini, and tomatoes
Ingredienti
- salsiccia affumicata250 g
- peperone3 pz
- zucchina1 pz
- pomodori in scatola400 g
- cipolla1 pz
- aglio2 spicchi
- paprica1 cucchiaino
- olio2 cucchiaio

Istruzioni
Slice the sausage into rounds and fry until golden brown.
Fry the onion in the same pan until soft.
Add the bell pepper and zucchini, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour in the tomatoes, then add paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Return the sausage and simmer for 20 minutes until a thick sauce forms.
Serve with bread, rice, or potatoes.
