Knead a stiff dough from flour, water, egg, and salt, and leave it to rest for 30 minutes.

Finely chop the lamb and mix it with a generous amount of onion, fat, and spices.

Roll the dough out thinly and cut it into squares.

Place filling on each square and pinch the manti closed at the top.

Arrange in a greased steamer, leaving gaps between them.
