Meatballs in Tomato Sauce
Juicy meatballs in tomato sauce, perfect for pasta or polenta
Ingredienti
- manzo e maiale macinati600 g
- uovo2 pz
- pangrattato70 g
- parmigiano80 g
- pomodori in scatola400 g
- aglio2 spicchi
- basilico fresco15 g
- sale1 a piacere
- pepe nero1 a piacere
Istruzioni
Chop the canned tomatoes and garlic, and prepare the beef-pork mince and egg.
Mix in the breadcrumbs, parmesan, fresh basil, salt and pepper.
Knead the mixture and leave to rest for 10–15 minutes.
Shape into patties, balls or sausages of equal size.
Fry in a pan or on a grill until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with a side dish or sauce.
