Finely chop or grate the onion so that it blends well into the ground meat.

Mix together the ground meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

Do not overmix, or the loaf will become dense.

Shape into a loaf in a baking dish or on a sheet pan.

Mix the ketchup with mustard and spread it over the top.

Bake at 180 °C for 50–55 minutes, then let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
