Classic Polish cucumber salad with sour cream and dill
Ingredienti
- cetrioli3 pz
- panna acida150 g
- aneto15 g
- succo di limone1 cucchiaio
- zucchero0.5 cucchiaino
- sale1 a piacere
- pepe nero1 a piacere
Istruzioni
Slice the cucumbers into very thin rounds.
Salt them and leave for 10 min, then drain the excess liquid.
Mix the sour cream with lemon juice, sugar, pepper, and dill.
Add the cucumbers to the dressing and gently toss to combine.
Chill for 10–15 min for a fresh flavour.
Serve alongside cutlets, potatoes, or meat dishes.
