Naleśniki with Cheese
Thin Polish pancakes with a sweet cheese filling
Ingredienti
- farina250 g
- latte500 ml
- uovo2 pz
- burro30 g
- ricotta350 g
- zucchero50 g
- vaniglia1 cucchiaino
- sale1 a piacere
- panna150 ml
- panna acida100 g
Istruzioni
Beat the eggs with milk, flour, a pinch of salt and sugar until you have a smooth batter.
Add the melted butter and leave the batter to rest for 15 minutes.
Fry thin pancakes in a well-heated pan.
Mix the cheese with sugar, vanilla and a spoonful of sour cream.
Fill the pancakes with the cheese mixture and fold them into envelopes or roll them up.
If desired, fry in butter until lightly golden.
