  • ricotta350 g
  • zucchero50 g
  • vaniglia1 cucchiaino

  • panna150 ml
  • panna acida100 g

Beat the eggs with milk, flour, a pinch of salt and sugar until you have a smooth batter.

Add the melted butter and leave the batter to rest for 15 minutes.

Fry thin pancakes in a well-heated pan.

Mix the cheese with sugar, vanilla and a spoonful of sour cream.

Fill the pancakes with the cheese mixture and fold them into envelopes or roll them up.
