  • carne macinata di manzo500 g
  • uovo2 pz
  • pangrattato70 g
  • latte300 ml
  • burro40 g
  • farina di frumento400 g
  • sale1 a piacere
  • pepe nero1 a piacere
  • brodo o acqua400 ml

Mix the mince with egg, milk, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.

Leave the mixture for 10 minutes to allow the breadcrumbs to swell.

Shape into small meatballs.

Fry them in butter until golden brown.

In the pan, melt the butter, add flour, then pour in stock or water and cook the sauce until thickened.

Return the meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 8–10 minutes until cooked through.
