- Canned chickpeas500 g
- Spinach300 g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Smoked paprika1 tsp
- Bread80 g
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions

Rinse bread, canned chickpeas, spinach and garlic; soak dry legumes and cook until tender.

Chop garlic and saute until soft.

Add canned chickpeas, spinach, garlic and bread and pour in olive oil.

Simmer gently until thick.

At the end, stir in smoked paprika and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.

Serve hot.
