Ojakhuri with Pork
A homestyle Georgian dish of fried pork, potatoes, onions, and spices.

- paprica1 cucchiaino

Istruzioni
Cut the pork into large pieces, season with salt and pepper, and fry until golden brown.
Cut the potatoes into wedges and fry separately until almost cooked through.
Add the sliced onion to the meat and fry until soft.
Return the potatoes to the pan, add garlic, khmeli-suneli, and paprika.
Fry together for 5–7 minutes, stirring carefully so the potatoes don't fall apart.
Sprinkle with cilantro and serve hot straight from the pan.
