
Olivier Salad
A classic festive salad with sausage, vegetables, and mayonnaise
Ingredienti
- salsiccia cotta300 g
- patata3 pz
- carota2 pz
- uovo3 pz
- cetrioli sotto sale3 pz
- piselli verdi in scatola200 g
- cipollotto30 g
- maionese150 g
- sale1 a piacere
Istruzioni
Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender, let cool, and dice into small cubes.
Hard-boil the eggs (10 minutes), cool, peel, and dice into cubes.
Dice the sausage, pickled cucumbers, and green onions into small cubes as well.
Drain the green peas in a colander.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and dress with mayonnaise.
Season with salt to taste and stir to combine. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
