  • broccoli200 g
  • peperone1 pz
  • carota1 pz
  • aglio2 spicchi
  • salsa di soia3 cucchiaio

  • amido di mais1 cucchiaino

Istruzioni

Mix the sauce: soy + oyster sauce + starch + sesame oil.

Break broccoli into florets; slice pepper into strips, carrot — on the diagonal.

Heat the wok to maximum; add oil.

Stir-fry carrot and pepper for 2 min; then broccoli for another 2 min.

Pour in the sauce; stir and cook for 1–2 min until thickened.

Serve with rice or noodles.
